Paying for Care
Allied ENT accepts most major insurance plans, Medicare, and Medicaid. For uninsured individuals payment plans are available per our financial policy. Care credit is also accepted.
For payments we accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa, & Care Credit.

Allied ENT is always accepting new patients. A referral is not necessary for most insurances however we are happy to work with your Primary Care Provider if one is neded. For questions about our services and setting up an appointment call our offices directly at 574-232-4800.

We desire to provide you with the best care possible. Therefore patients will not be seen if arriving more than 15 minutes late.
If interpretation services are needed the office must be notified 24 hours in advance.

Note: Requests and messages sent via the portal are answered during the clinic’s business hours.
